Rubber Bibs Rule! Print E-mail

bjornbibI knew after Bee's first meal with solid food that cloth bibs were not the way to go. Food got everywhere and you can't wipe a baby's face with a bib soaked in pureed baby food. I found Bjorn Soft Bibs made from recyclable plastic. The Soft Bib has a "beaded" neck which allows for easy sizing and Bee likes to slip her chin under the neck and chew on it. We think it feels good on her gums.

But the best part is the pocket at the bottom that catches food that gets knocked off the spoon or spit out from Bee's mouth. Her clothes are protected as well as the chair and my floor. And cleanup is a cinch because the bib wipes clean with a sponge or if I feel lazy I can throw it in the dishwasher.
